Lindt logo

45 stores became an e‑commerce in nine days.

March 2020, malls closing and fourteen days to Easter. We took over Lindt digital operation in Brazil and put the store live with every physical unit working as inventory and as the origin of delivery. In 2025 we rebuilt all of it from scratch, for scale.

Distributed inventory

Every store in the chain became an inventory point and a delivery origin for the e-commerce, with a coverage radius and convergence rules between neighboring units.

Automated logistics

Shipment creation and courier dispatch with no human intervention, from paid order to pickup at the store, at high daily volume.

Omnichannel with CISS and SAP

Two-way integration with CISS, the in-store pinpads and SAP: price, product, customer, order and stock in a single record.

Sustained operation

Monitoring 24x7, a contracted availability SLA and a team dedicated to running the store, five years after go-live.

  • 9 days from kickoff to go-live, in 2020
  • 99.995% availability sustained over five years

Sabará Hospital Infantil logo

From 21 to 95, measured by Google.

The country’s largest children’s hospital ran on a WordPress installation, with a performance score of 21 out of 100 and critical functions depending on third-party extensions. We built a bespoke platform, then put the environment through an independent security assessment.

A platform of their own

A frontend built from scratch, a bespoke content editor, and a panel where the team publishes insurers, plans, doctors and news without depending on anyone.

Verifiable performance

The PageSpeed Insights score went from 21 to 95, with the largest content appearing in 1.5 seconds instead of 6.5. It is a public measurement, and anyone can check it.

Environment security

An environment kept under the security controls a healthcare operation requires, with independent assessment and continuous oversight from our team.

  • 21 → 95 performance on PageSpeed Insights
  • 510 → 10 ms of blocking time on tap, measured by Google
  • 1.5 s for the largest content, against 6.5 before

AI Command Center in a high-volume operation

The problem

An on-call team overwhelmed by alerts. High noise, MTTA in tens of minutes, and escalation to N3 on incidents the runbook already solved.

What we did

Agent-driven triage and deduplication, automatic correlation with deploys and changes, runbook execution with approval on risky actions.

  • −84% average MTTR
  • −82% alerts routed to a human
  • 3min MTTA overnight

What we did

A full inventory, continuous rightsizing, review of reservations and savings plans, automated shutdown of environments outside business hours.

  • −41% monthly cost

PCI-DSS sustained across successive audit cycles

The problem

What we did

Gap analysis, controls rebuilt inside day-to-day operations, living documentation and continuous follow-up on InPlace.

  • 100% compliance sustained
  • −60% preparation effort
  • 0 critical non-conformities

AI agents wired into ERP and route planning

The problem

Internal support eating hours of the operations team with repetitive lookups in the ERP and the routing system.

What we did

Agents with scoped access to the ERP and the route database, answering in natural language and opening a ticket on their own when the case needed a human decision.

  • −54% level 1 tickets
  • 24x7 support availability
  • 100% interactions audited
