45 stores became an e‑commerce in nine days.
March 2020, malls closing and fourteen days to Easter. We took over Lindt digital operation in Brazil and put the store live with every physical unit working as inventory and as the origin of delivery. In 2025 we rebuilt all of it from scratch, for scale.
Distributed inventory
Every store in the chain became an inventory point and a delivery origin for the e-commerce, with a coverage radius and convergence rules between neighboring units.
Automated logistics
Shipment creation and courier dispatch with no human intervention, from paid order to pickup at the store, at high daily volume.
Omnichannel with CISS and SAP
Two-way integration with CISS, the in-store pinpads and SAP: price, product, customer, order and stock in a single record.
Sustained operation
Monitoring 24x7, a contracted availability SLA and a team dedicated to running the store, five years after go-live.
- 9 days from kickoff to go-live, in 2020
- 99.995% availability sustained over five years
- 45 stores operating as e-commerce inventory
